Dee Why Beach is one of the Northern Beaches’ most iconic surf spots and the perfect place for young surfers to level up their skills. With consistent waves, multiple peaks, and a wide sandy beach, it offers ideal conditions for intermediate surfers to build confidence and progress in a safe environment.

Our Intermediate Surf Program is designed for kids who can already catch waves and want to take the next step. We focus on improving paddling technique, wave selection, timing, and developing stronger pop-ups and turns.

At Dee Why Salty Surf School, our experienced local coaches provide clear, structured guidance while keeping sessions fun and engaging. With quality equipment and a supportive group environment, we help kids become more independent in the water and start surfing with real control and confidence.
